We are located in the beautiful and scenic towns of Lock Haven and Clearfield. The offices of the Wise Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Center are open daily to provide dedicated and personal service with professional excellence
 

Lock Haven:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 8am - 5pm
Wednesday & Saturday: 8am - 12pm
Thursday: 8am - 8pm
